This is second in a series analyzing prominent and underdeveloped land in the Denver Metro, as published in the Colorado Real Estate Journal (http://crej.com/). This site exhibits an amazing location central to the South Platte River, city parks, downtown, Platte Street, I-25, and Elitch Gardens, but faces assemblage challenges. The development options are numerous, and coordination with underdeveloped land in the vicinity would prove beneficial.
